I have a sisal runner in my entryway that was 16 months old. A puppy had urinated on it. After trying all the recommended cleaning methods, I called Clean as a Whistle, who had been out to clean my upstairs wall to wall carpet. They cleaned the runner at their facility and got the stain out. The runner looks new again. Awesome job. Thanks!

Preferred Floor and Fiber Care cleaned the wood floors, a white carpet that covered the second and third floors, and the LR rug, all to a marvelous restoration. The family was delighted with every aspect of the company's professionalism.

These people were amazing. It has been a long time since I have dealt with any company that was professional as this one. They showed up early for both the consultation and cleaning. They called ahead to confirm everything. Everyone that I had contact with both in person and on the phone were polite and helpful. I needed the indoor / outdoor carpet in our office cleaned. It was so dirty it was literally black. I have no idea how old the carpet is. They could not guarantee that they would be able to get it clean. They are miracle workers. It looks great. I can not recommend this company enough.
