Jermaine was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has been with us for 14 years. He is currently our Customer Service Representative, but he has served the company in numerous capacities over the years. He is a loving father who enjoys sports talk radio and sports blog writing.

Eduardo was born in El Salvador and has been with Preferred Floor and Fiber Care for 9 years. He has 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry. He is certified in upholstery and stone cleaning. He enjoys drawing and graphic design. Two of his favorite hobbies are writing poetry and cars — Shelby Mustangs to be exact. His motto is: “I will not leave the job until the client is satisfied.”
